Each year we hire casual workers to join our team for the harvest season. We recruit for a variety of roles suitable for enthusiastic, hard-working, attentive people, who love a fast paced environment.

What you need to know
harvest often starts mid-October and typically lasts 4 weeks
employment is on a casual basis, typically 40-60 hrs/week
own transport and accommodation is required
pay rate is per Horticulture Award
evidence of right to work in Australia, including Visa checks will be undertaken at time of recruitment

At Sunshine Mangoes, we believe in working hard and having fun! We understand that our team is our greatest asset, so we make sure to show our appreciation throughout the harvest season.
We regularly host barbecues and finish the season with an end-of-harvest celebration. Our annual award ceremony also honours the "Picker of the Year" for their exceptional mango picking skills.
